This page explains, in plain words, what we collect when you use this website and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you fill in an enquiry form, we collect your name, mobile number, the configuration you’re interested in and, if you choose to give it, your email address. We also record the page you sent the form from, the time, and your IP address, which helps us spot spam.
We don’t ask for, and you shouldn’t send us, payment details, passwords or ID documents through this website.
Why we collect it
- To send you the price list, floor plans and other details you asked for
- To call or message you about L&T Aravista and arrange a site visit
- To keep a record of enquiries and stop misuse of our forms
Who we share it with
Your details are handled by Ikonic Property Consultants LLP. We don’t sell them. We may share your enquiry with the developer’s sales team so they can help with your booking, and with service providers who host this website. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as we need them for the purposes above, or as required by law, and then delete them.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn’t use advertising or analytics cookies. It stores a single note in your browser’s session storage so that the enquiry pop-up appears only once per visit. That note is deleted when you close the tab. Our fonts are hosted on this website, so no font requests go to third parties.
When you tap a WhatsApp or phone link, you leave this website. WhatsApp’s own privacy policy then applies.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the details you’ve shared, or to stop contacting you. Just call or WhatsApp +91 98114 78909. We’ll act on your request promptly, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
