A master plan tells you how a place will feel to live in, long before any of it is built. Where are the towers? What do you see from your deck? Where do the cars go? Here’s the L&T Aravista layout, in plain words.

Towers on the edges, green in the middle

The site is about 20 acres. Seven towers of G+37 are planned around the outside, and the centre is kept open: roughly 10 acres of landscaped greens and a 5-acre water body. In all, more than 80% of the land stays open. That’s the big idea behind the project, and it’s why so many homes look out over lawns and water rather than another building.

Cars stay underground

Parking is spread over three basement levels, so no cars drive across the greens. It makes the open space genuinely usable, whether that’s children cycling or an evening walk.

Roads on all four sides

The plot is bounded by two 84-metre sector roads and two smaller roads of about 24 and 9 metres. So there are several ways in and out, and no public road cuts through the middle of the community.

The club

About 1.25 lakh sq. ft. of club and amenity space is planned within the landscaped grounds, with a pool deck, gym, spa, café and restaurant, and courts for tennis, badminton and squash.

Who designed it

Hafeez Contractor is the architect, Bobby Mukherji is designing the interiors, and WATG, known for resort landscapes, is shaping the greens.
