A brochure can tell you a lot. A site visit tells you the rest: how the roads feel, what’s already built around you, and whether the place feels like somewhere you’d want to come home to. Here’s how to make the most of your visit to Sector 86.

Booking a visit

Call or WhatsApp +91 98114 78909 to fix a slot. Weekday mornings are quieter; a second visit around evening rush hour shows you real traffic on the approach roads.

Before you go

  • Shortlist the configuration and collection you’re considering
  • Ask for the latest cost sheet and floor plans in advance
  • Carry ID if you might submit an EOI

Seven things to check

  1. Approach roads — width and condition of the sector roads around the site.
  2. Tower placement — which towers face the central greens most directly.
  3. Daily drives — time the run to NH-48, your office and the school you have in mind.
  4. Neighbourhood — what is built, under construction and still open nearby.
  5. Utilities — water, power and sewage plans for the sector.
  6. Sample flat or mock-up — room sizes, deck depth, ceiling height and finishes.
  7. Paperwork — RERA application status and land title details.
