Choose Majesta if…

- The standard plan already fits your family
- You’re buying with an eye on value per sq. ft.
Choose Luxuria if…
- You want extra room — about 200 sq. ft. more in the 3 BHK and 500 sq. ft. more in the 4 BHK
- You expect to host often or need a study or extra staff space
- You’d rather buy bigger now than move later

- Is the size carpet or super area — and what is the carpet area of each plan?
- How deep is the deck in each plan?
- Which towers and floors are offered in each collection?
